GROSS toenail fungus! I'm pregnant I can not take oral medications …?

Ok about very, very bad but I need some advice. Both of my big toe nails and two small nails are infected. Honestly, I have not managed to do something about them for a very long time ….. I've always painted, but it became so bad that I have almost no nails left after cutting bad parts. This is serious.
